The application performs constant database updates and ensures the protection from the newest viruses that can affect your system. Of course, you will need an Internet connection in order to update the program and its signature database.
The thing I liked the most at this program was that it offered me one additional scan mode, besides the quick, full and custom scans. The removable scan helped me detect all malware threats within my USB sticks, flash drives or other connected disks.
Moreover, if you believe that your computer got infected, you can collect the system information, copy the offered details and send them to the support team of Trojan Killer. In some cases, professional guidance might prove to be of good use.
A small disadvantage of using this program is that it doesn't allow you to schedule any type of scan. As for the rest, Trojan Killer worked smoothly and helped me find and remove any virus from my computer and removable device.
Pros
- User-friendly interface
- Comes with many scan modes (quick, full, removable, custom)
- Regular updating
- Comes with additional anti-virus tools
Cons
- Unable to schedule scans
This software is considering all PC optimizers as something harmful or fake, Easy PC Optimizer isn't a fake, I've used it for about a year now and it isn't slowing down my PC or anything else negative.
It really helps! My PC was blocked by redirection me on different unpleasure sites in browser and TrojanKiller repair it with built-in Reset Browser Tool which absolutely free.
